WebI have injured my right thumb several times and the mobility of it is getting worse and worse. I'm a volleyball player, so dealing with these injuries are very hard. On my left hand I'm able to fully (even hyperextend my thumb), but now on my right I can't even straighten it completely and can only bend it about half as much as on the other hand.
