You can store attachments locally in a collection, or if you are using a SharePoint data source you can store them in a list item or a document library, or if using OneDrive in your OneDrive. There is no default storage location for attachments. Web22 Mar 2024 · Don't know if this is still the case or not (could possibly have been a bug), you used to be able to query the notes file size attribute and it would be Zero if the file had been moved to blob (but in the user interface, views etc you would see the file size displayed).
