WebPortsmouth Street Pastors (PSP) operates under the umbrella of the Accession Trust (AT) which has pioneered Street Patrols under the Street Pastor’s title since 2003. In 2006 Portsmouth Street Pastors was formed, under the covering of One Body. The first patrols began patrols in 2007 in Portsmouth Guildhall on Friday and Saturday nights. WebMt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church was founded January 14, 1921 by 9 individuals, the church has been and still is a beacon of hope for individuals from all walks of life. The mission of Mt.
