After talking to HOP2 who said they would ask the airline, I was told it would take 2-4 weeks for my card to be credited and I would receive all of my money back. WebI would suggest looking into the company's policy. Many times if it is thrown back at them with the fact that you have copies of the conversations wheat email, text or phone( as long as you informed them of the phone recording) get the contact information of management and calmly explain what your willing to do if you don't get your refund per their policy.
