WebYou can shoot slugs through a modified and even a full choke as long as it's something like a foster slug out of a modern quality manufacturer's shotgun. I wouldn't shoot one through anything tighter like a turkey choke, though. Ok so a basic Remington or federal rifle slug through a Remington 870 rem choke would work.
